Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. Halfcup sugar
  4. Halftsp cardamom powder
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Halftsp fennel powder
  7. Water as requried (i used 1 1/2cup water)
  8. 1 pinchBlack pepper powder
  9. For garnishing-
  10. Cashews almonds pista flakes
  11. Oil for frying (shalllow)

    Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well & then add water make a thick batter and keep it a side for 10 minutes.

    Heat the oil in a vok and with the help of spoon pour batter slowly taking 1 skoop at a time and fry slowly.

    Once done garnish it with dryfruits in order to increase taste.

    Its a very easy methoid & takes less time and very soft and tasty dish.

    I used less oil and less sugar.sweetness as per your taste. For this much quantity total 9 malpuas will come.
