Prepare the batter by adding semolina, wheat flour, and smached bananas to the almond milk. Add 3 teaspoon of condensed milk to it. Few kesar strands and sauf powder to it. Few elaichi powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Make sure no lumps are formed.

Take a pan pour 2 cups of oil and heat it. With the help of spoon try to pour the batter in small amounts. Wait until golden brown.

Take it out in a tissue paper. Allow it to cool down.

Transfer it to the jaggery sugar water mix like we do for jalebi. Take it out from the jaggery water. Your banana malpua is ready to be served.
