Ingredients

3 people
  1. Fish fillet(remove any bones present)
  2. Marinade- Lemon juice, soy sauce(or salt), paprika, ginger
  3. All-purpose flour (add some ground pepper and salt if you wish)
  4. 1egg plus 1 teaspoon of milk
  5. Breadcrumbs or cornflakes
  6. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Clean your  fish fillet and pat it dry

  2. 2

    Cut into your preferred size

  3. 3

    Marinate your fillet for about 10-15 mins. Use lemon juice, soy sauce,  ginger,and paprika

  4. 4

    Get your flour, eggs and breadcrumbs ready

  5. 5

    Dip your fillet in flour and shake off the excess flour

  6. 6

    Followed  by the egg mixture

  7. 7

    And lastly in the breadcrumbs. Ensure they are thoroughly coated

  8. 8

    Refrigerate for a few minutes(optional)

    Deep fry them in hot oil, 4-5 minutes till each side is golden brown. Set on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil

  10. 10

    Garnish as you please!
