Cooking Instructions

    Pat dry the fish fillet. Make sure its dry. Use a kitchen paper towel.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix the all purpose flour, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Lightly coat the fish and pat the excess out.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil and serve with any accompaniment 😋 dont forget to sprinkle some lemon juice on the fish before taking a bite 😋
