Heat your oven to 375°

In a large bowl, beat the sugars, peanut butter, butter, and egg until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda, powder, and salt.

Shape the dough into equal size balls and place on to ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten the cookie dough balls using a fork, make a cross pattern. (Dip the fork in sugar to make it easier)

Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are light brown. Let them cool and enjoy 😋🍪
