In a bowl combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper and baking powder

Pour 4tbsp butter into pan. Place chicken in pan and turn over to coat

bake for 30 mins

Combine brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder, remaining butter, pour over chicken.

Bake 45 mins basting several times with pan drippings
