Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

source: https://sugarspunrun.com/wprm_print/13562Notes¹I've found that all-purpose flour yields a softer crust while bread flour gives a slightly crispier exterior. Please see the post for more information on all-purpose vs. bread flour in pizza dough.²Many commenters have reported using active dry yeast (use the same amount, 2 ¼ teaspoon) with success. Some people have proofed the yeast first with the ¾ cup warm water, which is what I would recommend, while others have just mixed it into the dough as instructed. Both have had success!³Ideally your water should be between 105-115F (40-46C). I usually just use warm tap water but do make sure that your water isn't too hot or it will kill your yeast! I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -
Grilled Pizza Dough Grilled Pizza Dough
As unorthodox as it may sound, grilling pizza is so much fun. Just like deep frying a pizza. The best part is you can do it on a stovetop griddle if you do not have a grill oven in your backyard. Yes, those criss-cross charred marks do matter. If not, it wouldn't be "grilled pizza" right?I do not own a grill oven as I am residing in a small apartment. I am using just a griddle on a stovetop, but I hope I can replicate as close as possible to perfection. Yes. Grilled pizza has been perfected by George Germon of Al Forno in Providence, Rhode Island. If you would like to know more about in-depth techniques for grilling pizza on a grill oven, I would suggest getting an actual cookbook. BTW, sorry to offend any Italians, but I find that sesame oil is far more superior to olive oil. It adds that smokey umami. So, without much further delay, let's get on with the dough. Daniel Lim -
Easy Homemade Pizza Dough & Bread Easy Homemade Pizza Dough & Bread
I wanted to eat a quick, easy, and fluffy pizza, so I experimented making it and arrived at this recipe which suits my tastes. Refer tofor a crispy pizza.Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying and adjust the baking time according to your oven. When you are eating them the next day, I recommend microwaving for 10 seconds or warming up in a oven for 1.5 minutes. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -
Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home. Here's a dough I came up with after months of experimenting. The quantity is for 2 11" or 1 15" I make 2, wrap, and freeze for use each week. I take one out on Thursday, put in an oiled bowl, cover with wrap and put in the refrigerator for Friday. I take it out Friday and set on the counter to rise during the day. Paul Rybak -
