Ingredients

  1. (For the potato stuffing)
  2. 3potatoes boiled
  3. 1Onion
  4. 11/2 tbspoil
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric
  6. 4-5curry leaves
  7. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1/2 tspginger grated
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 2green chilli slit or chopped
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1lemon juice
  15. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  16. (For the outer covering)
  17. 1/2 cupbesan
  18. as neededWater
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 2 pinchchilli powder
  21. 2 pinchturmeric powder
  22. as neededOil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Preparation:- boil potatoes, add oil to a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds stir well add ginger salt for 30sec.

    Add onion, curry leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, spices add boil Potatoes heat off.

    Cool this mixture and make balls.

    (Making bonda batter):-) add all the ingredient to a bowl to make batter in add enough water and mix it well.

    Heat oil in a deep fry pan or kadai.

  6. 6

    When oil is hot dip each balls into the batter and drop in the hot hoil for frying.

  7. 7

    Drain the golden fried aloo bonda on to a kitchen tissue.

    Serve aloo bonda hot or warm with chutney or sauce.
