Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupsabudana soaked overnight
  2. 1/4 cupboiled grated potato
  3. 2green chilli finely chopped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  6. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add grated potato ginger coriander leaves finely chopped green chilli sabudana and salt mix well keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add enough oil When oil is hot take small portion of sabudana flatten and slowly drop it into hot oil Fry until golden brown in color

  3. 3

    Yummy sabudana vada is ready happy cooking thank you
