I've been making these cookies for at least 10 years maybe longer. Every time I make them they disappear hence the name.

I've been making these cookies for at least 10 years maybe longer. Every time I make them they disappear hence the name.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°
- 2
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. Beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla beat on medium speed until well blended.

Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 5
Using rubber spatula fold in 3 cups of oats as well as the raisins.
- 6
Drop rounded tablespoon fulls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes about 4-6 dozen depending on how big you want the cookies.

This recipe originally from mrs. Fields recipe, but I slightly modified it.I cut the sugar into half, reminding that sugar here is sweeter than sugar outside southeast Asia. So if you live outside southeast Asia, feel free to add more sugar, up to double the amounts.I used granulated brown coconut sugar but you can change it into brown sugar.This soft baked cookies in not too sweet, just the way I like it.
