Procedure:
1. Combine the sugar and butter. Whisk it together or mix it. Until its already soft. Put also the egg and the vanilla. Set aside.
2. Mix the oatmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and raisin.
3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Put oil. And mix it all together.
4. Put in the oven at 180 degree celsius for about 15minutes.
