This is actually pretty much the same recipe I use for my slow cooker chicken and dumplings...but without the dumplings cooked over the top. This makes a hearty, delicious meal that's great for chilly nights. Serve with your favorite bread on the side.

Quick and easy family pleaser!

This is my version of white chicken chili. It is so hearty and comforting. For the beans, I use either cannellini beans or great northern...or a combination of the two. You can also do this without the cream cheese, but I love the additional creaminess and tangy flavor it provides. Load this up with your favorite toppings (I like crushed tortilla chips, shredded Colby Jack cheese and diced avocado) and have some cornbread ready on the side.

Always on the hunt for easy dinners!! This is not only easy peezy and yummy but it fits my lower carb lifestyle. I served over steamed cauliflower but the rest of the fam served over brown rice....enjoy!

Served with garlic mashed potatoes.
