Mix all ingredients except chicken & rosemary in crock pot. Stir well to combine.

Add chicken and push to bottom of crock pot so it is covered in sauce.

Add rosemary sprigs and push into sauce so covered.

Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.

Take out sprigs/stems of rosemary.

Break apart chicken with spoon and stir until well combined with sauce. Add salt & pepper to taste.
