Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1/2 bowl chana sattu
  3. to taste salt
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1 tspajwain
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 2onion chopped
  9. 3 tsppure ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wheat flour,salt,ajwain,green chilli,onion,oil and chana sattu mix well rub your hands.

    Mix water and knead a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Rest in half an hour.

  4. 4

    After half an hour make a ball and roll with rolling pin spread 1 tsp pure ghee and make a shape as u like.

    Roll on parantha.

  6. 6

    Then make a parantha apply oil for both sides.

  7. 7

    Crispy chana sattu parantha r ready to eat.
