  2. As per tasteRed chilli powder
  3. as requiredDry Coriander powder
  4. As neededOil /pure ghee needed

    Take one bowl and take a wheat flour and salt a taste add 1 tsp oil /ghee mix well and add water and Knead to smooth dough and cover to dough 10-15 mints.

    One's again after 15 minutes knead it well and making a round chapati and sprinkle red chilli powder Coriander powder and salt to taste.

    And 1/2 tsp oil and spread evenly over the chapati and fold chapati one side and again same method sprinkle masala and oil and spread

    And cover then making a bread size square paratha

  5. 5

    Then heat a twa on medium flame grease oil 1/4 tsp and take a paratha And again grease 1/2 tsp oil both side and cook both side pressing slightly And masala sandwich paratha is ready

    Cut to paratha Sandwich shape Serve your choice pickle and onion and enjoy Buttermilk yummy masala sandwich paratha
