  1. 2 sliceswatermelon, frozen
  2. 1apple(frozen)
  3. 4seedless grapes
  4. 2 slicesmango
  5. 1tsb honey
  6. cubesIce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the watermelon, apple and mango.

    Put in the blender the add the grapes, honey and ice cubes.

  3. 3

    Blend till fine

  4. 4

    Serve after the main meal
