Cut the sheekh in small piece &deep fry in oil until little brown

Heat 2sp of oil in a pan, first put onion & capsicum,

Heat it for 2 min on low flame then put soya sauce, white vinegar /sirka,salt,black pepper, according to your taste,keep it for 1 min then add cut pieces of tomato

Add fried sheekh in it &cover the pan for 2 min &then hot serve
