Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlBoiled rice
  2. 1Boiled potato
  3. 3 spoonArarot
  4. 50 gmCauliflower
  5. 4Chopped green Chilli
  6. 1 spoonGinger-Garlic paste
  7. 2 tbspBreadcrumbs
  8. 1/2 spoonGaram Masala powder
  9. 1/2 spoonKitchen king
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 spoonRed Chilli powder
  12. 1Onion cutted in square shape
  13. as neededTomato sauce, Chilli sauce, soya sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 katori boiled rice (leftovers rice) and mash it well.

    Mix grated boiled potato, ararot, chopped cauliflower & it's chopped branches, chopped green Chilli, all masala and salt. Mix them well.

    Take mixture and make small pieces in ball shape.

    Roll all balls in breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    Keep all balls in fridger for 10 minutes

    Now dip fry the balls in low flame.

  7. 7

    Put 2 spoon oil in karahi. Add Ginger-Garlic paste in hot oil in low flame. Add onion, salt & all types of sauce.

    When it cooked, mix fried ball in karahi

    After mixing well., Take out all balls in serving plate. Boiled rice crunchy veg Chilli is ready.
