Ingredients

  1. For bedmi puri
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupurad dal
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tbspsauf powder
  8. 2 pinchHing
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For aalo tamater ki subji
  12. 4boil potato
  13. 2tomato chopped
  14. 1 pinchhing
  15. 1 tsppanchforan
  16. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  17. 2green chilli
  18. 1 tspturmeric powder
  19. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  20. 1 tbspsauf powder
  21. 1 tspdegi mirch
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1 tbspghee
  24. 1 tbspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First wash and soak dal for 2 hours.

    Now mix ginger and chilli and grind it.

    Now mix flour with coriander powder, sauf powder, salt and heeng.

    Now mix grind dal and make soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.

    For aalo tamater ki subji first heat ghee in a kadai.

    Now add hing, slit green chilli, ginger and panchforan.

    Now chop tomato.

    Fry tomato with all spices and salt till oil seperates.

    Now add water and mash potato.

    Cook for 15 minutes. Finally coriander leaves.

    Now heat oil for bedmi.

    Now make puri and fry it.

    Bedmi puri and aalo tamater ki subji is ready.
