Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupmethi leaves
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspAjwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the methi leaves and grind well to make a thick paste.

  2. 2

    Take flour in a bowl add methi paste,salt and ajwain.

  3. 3

    Make a soft dough with water.

  4. 4

    Keep the dough for rest for atleast 15 minute

  5. 5

    Roll the puris with the dough.

  6. 6

    Deep fry in hot oil.

  7. 7

    Serve with any gravy.
