Cooking Instructions

Break the coconuts and scrape them. Put them into a mixer and grate into a coarse mix

Mash the khoya to make a smooth mix

Heat a kadhai and add the grated coconut,sugar and the khoya and mix well. Keep stirring till the mixture has a thick consistency and liquid is all soaked.

Keep the mixture to cool and then give them shape of ladoo.Now it's ready to serve.
