Soak the millet in water for at least 5 hours or more

Pour the water away and add the soya beans, ginger and cloves

Grind with grinding machine (markade) to make a paste

Separate the paste as 3/4 and 1/4 in two different buckets. Add little water to both of the buckets to lighten the consistency

Now pour very hot boiling water to the bucket of 3/4 and stir immediately. It will be thick like PAP. In less than a minute combine the other mixture together and cover overnight

First thing in the morning sieve the kunu with a fine cloth. Add sugar to taste.

Pour into bottles and keep in a very chilled fridge to keep it from becoming sour. Enjoy:)
