Ingredients

  1. 100 gpohe
  2. 1Onion (big size)
  3. 2-3Green chilli
  4. 20 gPeanuts (roasted)
  5. 12-13Curry leaves
  6. 2 tsplemon juice
  7. Salt (according to taste)
  8. 1/4Mustard seeds
  9. 1/4Cumin seeds
  10. Halftsp Turmeric powder
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. Aloo bhujiya

Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash pohe.then leave it for 10 - 15 minutes.take a pan add oil and heat it.then add cumin and mustard seeds.then add curry leaves,green chilli and chopped onions.

    Let it be golden brown.then add turmeric powder and roasted peanuts.after 2 minutes add pohe.after 1 minutes add lemon juice.take it out in a serving plate.add aloo bhujiya and coriander leaves.your pohe is ready.👍💐
