Cooking Instructions

First take leftover breads through hands or knife break into rough pieces then roughly grind it.

Don't make bread crumbs powder texture should be rough or tiny bread pieces.

Heat the pan put oil in it when oil is heated add peanuts fry it till golden colour then keep aside.

In same pan add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute add chopped green chillies & curry leaves saute for a minute then add chopped onion mix well cook till onion get golden in colour.

Add dry spices like red chilli powder,turmeric powder & salt then add grinded bread pieces & fried peanuts mix well & stir continuously.

Spread lemon juice then mix well & sugar too.

Garnish with fresh corraider leaves & serve hot.
