  2. 2 tablespoonsMilk made
  3. 2 tablespoonsPowdered sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1large pinch saffron (Kesar)
  6. 1 table spoonRaisins
  7. 3 tablespoonsmilk

    Mash the cottage cheese with the help of your palm.

    Add powdered sugar.

    Add baking powder.

    Add milk made.

    Add saffron in 3 tablespoons Lukewarm milk for 5 minutes.

    Add this saffron milk in mashed cottage cheese.

    Again mix and mash the cottage cheese properly.

    Make sure there are no lumps.

    Grease a bowl.

    Pour the mixture into the bowl.

    Steam it for 15 minutes in a stemer or pressure cooker.

    You can make it in microwave also.

    Allow the pudding to cool for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Decorate and serve it with raisins.
