Ingredients

  1. 1/2chicken, chopped
  2. 3grated garlic cloves
  3. 1grated ginger
  4. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 1/2 cupflour
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 2tomatoes
  9. 1onion
  10. Chilli sauce
  11. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the chicken with ginger and garlic for 20mins. Don't over boil

    After draining the excess water prepare the breadcrumbs, flour and eggs

    Heat oil in a frying sufuria. Then dip the chicken on the flour then eggs

    Then dip on the eggs

    Then cover with the breadcrumbs

  6. 6

    Then dip fry on hot oil till golden brown

  7. 7

    Make the sauce by mixing chopped tomatoes, onions, corriander leaves and chilli sauce with some salt

    Serve together. The taste is heavenly
