Ingredients

  1. 3chicken breasts
  2. 1/4 cupyour choice Bbq sauce
  3. 3 TbspBrown sugar
  4. 2 TbspCavendars
  5. 1 tspCrushed red pepper
  6. 1 TbspGarlic powder
  7. 1 tspOnion powder
  8. 1 tspChili powder
  9. PinchSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat gas grill to 450-500F

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in bowl

  3. 3

    Poke holes in chicken breasts and massage mixture into breasts, leaving a small amount for basting later.

  4. 4

    Grill for 25/30 minutes turning every 5 minutes. Baste in the last 5 minutes. Use thermometer and remove chicken when it reaches 165

  5. 5

    Partner with a veggie side!
