Lasagne with Lentils Lasagne with Lentils
I saw the back package of the lentils and there was a picture of a lasagne dish with lentils. For the lasagne In the top picture, I didn't use any tomato sauce or bechamel sauce, just spinach and cheese. In this recipe, I used tomato sauce, mascarpone, and sour cream.Instead of bechamel sauce mascarpone and sour cream are used in this recipe. You can use just double cream instead of mascarpone and sour cream. Thanks to step 6 you will have a very moist lasagne. Simple Lasagne-Style Mashed Potatoes Simple Lasagne-Style Mashed Potatoes
This is a recipe that I thought of when I had to use up some leftover meat sauce. If you make lots of meat sauce and freeze it, it can be used in many other dishes later on. The mashed potato lasagne in the photos have been made in large cocottes and sprinkled with pizza cheese rather than finely grated cheese. Melty cheese slices also work well. Please use as much or as little butter as you'd like. This dish tastes great when even only a small amount is used. You can add more milk to the mashed potatoes if you wish. When you are using 2 cocottes, remember to split the mashed potatoes and meat sauce into halves. Please keep any eye on the lasagnes in the oven so that they don't burn. My Family's Lasagna My Family's Lasagna
I used my home-made white sauce to make lasagne. Gratin, cream pasta and lasagne dishes are always great to serve during the winter.Top the lasagne with grated cheese on top of the pizza cheese for some extra flavor.I like to use celery and shiitake mushrooms for this dish. Sauce with less meat and more vegetables may be preferable. Recipe by P_Poncho cookpad.japan -

Approx 240 Calories per serve (Approx 30gms Carbs, 10gms Fat, 9gms Protein - based on Vegan version).I baked half of this lasagne as Vegan, and the other half vegetarian. The Vegan version is much higher in carbs & much lower in protein due to the Vegan mozeralla VS real mozeralla). Nikki Alicia
