Cooking Instructions

Soak your rice in water for some hours and rinse it and keep aside.

Steam your tomotoes, pepper, red pepper, ginger nd garlic when done blend them together.

Put your meat in a pot add water to cover the meat add our curry thyme, garlic, ginger cloves, and season cubes and allow it to cook.

Pot another pot on fire add your oil and allow it to hot then put in your slice onion and allow to fry for few minutes then add your blended tomatoes and other things and allow it to also fry when almost done and your rice and allow it to also fry for few minutes, when done add your water to cover the rice add your bay leave,cardamon, and seasons.

Get a leather and put at the top of the pot then you cover it with your lid and put your gas at low heat to cook the rice.

When done allow it to sit for few minutes before dishing it, when waiting fry your cook meat.

Your party jollof rice is ready enjoy.
