Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboiled white grams
  2. 2big onions
  3. 2big tomatoes
  4. Small piece of ginger
  5. 2 piecegarlic
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 1little hing
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli
  10. 1/2tap kastoori methi
  11. To tastesalt
  12. 400 gmmaida
  13. 100 gmsuji
  14. 2 cupsoda water
  15. 4 tbspghee
  16. Refined oil for bhature

Cooking Instructions

    For bhature = Take maida mix it well with Salt and Suji.

    Add soda Water in it and make dough.

  3. 3

    Put it free for half an hour.

  4. 4

    Now take kadhai add ghee and hing and add paste of ginger and garlic and add other remaining spices and onions and tomatoes

    Now add boiled grams and 1 cup of water.

  6. 6

    Fry it till it starts boiling and mix it well when it becomes thick.

    Take a piece of dough and give it a shape and fry it in refined oil.

  8. 8

    Chole bhature is ready.... Serve it with pickle and salad
