Use hot water to wash fish clean, cut into sizes, add onions, pepper, salt, seasoning cube and cover pot. Allow the fish cook on low heat, extract it's water and cook dry with the seasonings. Wen dry add water, cryfish more diced onions, pepper, local cooking Peppersoup spices and allow to cook well. Wash cent leaves and add and turn off heat immediately to maintain freshness and colour.
