Titus fish stew with boiled rice and beans

Ingredients

  1. Titus fish
  2. Blended tomatoes,pepper and onion mixture
  3. Onions
  4. Salt,pepper,Maggie and orda spices
  5. Rice
  6. Beans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash ur rice and put in a pot..add water and little salt put on fire and leave to boil

  2. 2

    Pick d dirt out of d beans...wash and put in pressure pot add water put on fire and leave to boil too

  3. 3

    In a clean pot, wash ur fish and put in pot wit little water and salt put on fire and leave to boil for 5mins

  4. 4

    In a clean pot add g.oil once hot add ur sliced onions allow to fry a bit den add the tomatoes mix..and leave to fry..den add ur Maggie,salt,pepper,garlic ginger and orda spices and a little water allow to boil den add ur boiled fish and mix den leave to boil a bit

    Once bean is soft take off d pressure pot from fire.drain d beans and add to the rice and leave to boil with d rice and for d water to dry

  6. 6

    Once stew is ready take off fire and serve with d rice and beans once the water in d rice is dried..

    Serve warm...
