  1. 500 gramsmaida
  2. 700 gramsPotato
  3. 1/2 bowlpeas
  4. SomeCoriander leaves
  5. 50 gramsPaneer
  6. 8-10 piecesKaju
  7. As neededRegular Spices
  8. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  9. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes in a cooker. Till that time, take Maida and add 2 big tsp oil, baking powder, and salt and make a tight dough by using little warm water.

    Then, take boil potatoes and take out their coverings and mash them. Add salt, spices like (coriander powder, red chilli, amchur powder, garam masala), peas, coriander, kaju and paneer. Mix it well.

    Take a pan and add 2 big tsp oil and the mixture of potatoes. Then, cook it for 5 minutes.

    Take the dough and make a chapati like shape of it. Cut it from the half and you will get 2 piece of it. Take one part of it and make cone of it and fill the filling in it. Close the open side of it.

    Then, deep fry the samosa in the oil with low flame.

    Now, your samosa are ready to eat. Serve it with green chilli chutney and meethi chutney.
