Ingredients

  1. 4 pieces boneless chicken
  2. Pinchturmeric powder
  3. 1onion
  4. 4potatoes
  5. some coriander leaves
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 2 tspchicken masala
  9. 2 cupsmaida
  10. 1/2 litreoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix maida,salt and water well and make as smooth dough.

    Boil the chicken with turmeric powder and salt.After boiling finely shred chicken.

    Boil the potato and mash it.

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil,onion,ginger garlic paste,chicken,green chilli and saute well.

    Add salt And chicken powder mix well.

  6. 6

    At Last add the coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    Spread the dough add the fillings in the center make as samosa and deep fry it until golden and crisp.
