Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 250 gramsbesan
  2. 200 grams(approx)Sugar syrup
  3. 250 gramsDesi ghee
  4. As requiredDry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and add ghee in it. Add besan too. Fry it at low flame for 15-20 minutes. Fry it till it does not leave ghee.

    Take syrup and add besan in it. Cool it down.

  3. 3

    After cooling cut the piece of it.

  4. 4

    Now, your barfi is ready to eat. Serve it with dry fruits.
