Ingredients

  1. 20-25rose petals
  2. 5 tbsprose essesnce
  3. 2 cupCondensed milk
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 cupCrushed dryfruits
  6. 1/2 tbspElaiichi powder / cardamom
  7. 1 cupDried rose petals
  8. as neededDryfruits for garnshing
  9. 5 tbspDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add ghee then add crush dryfuits and saute it for 2 minutes then add condensed milk,rose essence, dried rose petals,elaichi powder and sugar mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes till it become golden in colour

    Now in a thali add some ghee and and mix it. And pour this mixture in thali and add dryfruits and rose petals on top. let it be set for 15 minutes.Your rose barfi is ready.
