Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 1 tablespoonBaking powder
  3. 2eggs
  4. 8 tablespoonoil
  5. Halfcup sugar
  6. 1 teaspoonvanilla flavour
  7. 2 cupsliquid milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl break the 2 eggs whisk the egg and add the oil mix it until incorporated

    Add the sugar and continue to mix, add the milk mix and then add the flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Add the vanilla flavour,mix and allow it to rise for 10minutes and begin to fry it in a non stick pan on low heat until bubbles comes out

  4. 4

    Then turn to the other side and allow it to cooked through

  5. 5

    Enjoy with syrup or honey
