Ingredients

  1. For the cake
  2. 3 cupssemovita/semolina
  3. 1 cupfresh grated coconut
  4. 1/2 cupSugar
  5. 1/2 tbspmilk flavor
  6. 1/2 tbspBaking powder
  7. 1/3 cuppowdered milk
  8. 1 cupmelted butter
  9. 1,1/2 cup water
  10. Sugar syrup
  11. 1 cupwater
  12. 1 cupsugar
  13. 1large lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the listed cake ingredients in a bowl.

    Grease yor baking pan with butter and pour in the batter and bake until golden brown.

    Cut in to squares while its still inside the pan.

    Pour in the sugar syrup on to it and allow to cool down a bit.

    Here we go....

    For the sugar syrup:Add water to a pan/pot,pour the sugar and let it boil,squeeze out lemon juice and cook for 5 mints.
