  • 300 gmsFirm Tofu
  • 40 mlsVegetable Stock
  • 2 tbsLight Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsCanola Oil
  • 2Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • 2 tspGinger (grated)
  • 2 StalksLemongrass (grated)
  • 1Medium Red Onion
  • 300 gmsBroccoli/Broccolini
  • 150 gmsPak Choy/Bok Choy
  • 120 gmsBean Shoots
  • 2 StalksGreen Onion (Spring Onion)
  • 1Small Red Hot Chili
  • 1 tspSesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tspSesame Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oils in a wok and add garlic, ginger, lemongrass and red onion and stir-fry until soft.

    Add tofu, broccoli and, stir fry until tender and tofu is golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the soy sauce, vegetable stock, bok choy. Stir fry until bok choy has wilted.

  4. 4

    Add bean sprouts, green onion, hot chili, and noodles, toss together and serve.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
