Oatmeal Pancakes

Now, even though the recipe has plain yogurt, I did this so you can be creative and add any flavor of extract you like, try almond, lemon, cherry, etc! And don't forget spices like cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg. Also I plan on sometimes throwing in a ¼C. of diced fruit or dairy free chocolate chips. The sky is the limit!

Cooking Instructions

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.

In a frying pan or griddle, set heat to medium, place a spoonful or two of batter in pan. Spread batter out into a pancake shape.

Cook about 2 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with syrup or toppings of choice.
