Ingredients

15 mins
2 servings
  1. 1banana
  2. 1/2 cupof old fashioned oats
  3. 2egg whites
  4. 1tablepoon of creamy or crunchy peanutbutter

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

Have stove ready on medium. Use PAM or some oil so the pancake mix wont stick to the pan

  2. 2

Cut off a fourth of banana and put to the side. Place other part of the banana in a bowl

  3. 3

Add oats and two egg whites to the bowl with the banana

  4. 4

Mash banana and mix all together until banana isnt chunky anymore

  5. 5

You can also add strawberries or blueberries to the mix. (I added strawberries for a mix of flavors)

  6. 6

Poor half of mix onto pan and let cook on each side until brown (about 2 1/2 minutes) and repeat with other mix.

  7. 7

Once finished. Add a spread of peanut butter to the tops of the pancakes.

  8. 8

**with the fourth of the banana not used cut for the topping of the pancakes and you can add nuts or anything else for more flavor!

Good alternative when you are trying to stay healthy😁 I added a little bit of baking powder so they would be more fluffy
