Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Warm water to mixes
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1/2of brown sugar
  5. 3Tsp of instant yeast

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, pour your flour, sugar, salt and flour the mixes well.

    Then open a small whole in the mixture the pour water and mixes use your hands to mixes and knee the dough.

    Once mixed well cover it and let it raise.

    Kneel down again and let it raise once it has done that take your bowl then grease it with margarine then pour the dough in.

    While the dough is set aside take a huge deep pot pour hot water and let them boil once has boiled the take that enamel dish with a dombolo dough cook and cover the pot tight.

    Once it's has be cooked then take a knife to check that is cooked and no raw dough is coming out then continue to cook but if not the dombolo is done well.

    Enjoy it once it's done and ready to be served.
