Ingredients

  1. 1 kgboneless chicken
  2. 3/4 cupthick yogurt
  3. 1 tbspgram flour
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsppaprika
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 3/4 tspturmeric
  9. 1/2 tspdhana jeera powder
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. Ginger garlic paste
  12. 1/tsp of orange & red food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients & let this rest in the fridge for 24 hrs

  2. 2

    Next day prior to cooking,half an hour before remove from the fridge

  3. 3

    Prepare a bbq jiko or you can cook this in the oven

  4. 4

    Cook on medium low heat & serve with salad & chutneys
