Chocolate Cake Frosting

This recipe was made by me for a happy new year party. We enjoyed it and i hope you do too.

This is a twist on Beatty's chocolate cake. I used cream cheese icing with homemade toffee that was supposed to be caramel. It gives nice crunch.

The star of this simple chocolate cake roll is the pistachio filling and frosting. It goes perfect with the light moist cake as it is incredibly silky and creamy, but light and airy as well.

Added chocolate chips to icing!!!

Well I'm known for just having an idea and seeing how it comes out, and my two lil munchkins don't mind being the testers lol, so here is a awesome recipe using hot chocolate mix enjoy frosting made with cream cheese and hot chocolate powder. Enjoy everyone.

I volunteered to bake a cake to celebrate an anniversary and one of the honorees could not eat dairy. I searched for recipes that would be mindful of the requirement, yet tasty to all of the guests at the event. This was the end result, and I actually think it was better than other chocolate cakes I’ve made int past. Serious bakers will recognize it as basically a “Depression” or “Wacky” cake, which I modified to my own taste. The end result was a very moist and tasty cake!

just want to share simple idea on valentine!!!

Made this few week ago we frozen the slices and had 60g each every Saturday and Sunday with ice cream. This time I used butter instead of margarine and added 1 egg plus used large instead of medium. This cake is soft with crunchy top and sides. And everyone who tried it had it eat whole portion in 1 go as apposed to wanting to save some.
