In pan,add little oil and pour your onions, pepper,minced meat,add the carrots,Curry,thyme, seasoning, and the boiled potatoes, keep stiring, leave to simmer for some minutes

For the dough,mix the dry ingredients,i e flour,baking powder,salt, seasoning,then add the margerine and the beaten eggs and start kneading the dough,add little water if the dough is not fully coorporated,leave to rest for some minutes

On a table,cut your dough and knead again,then roll out in to circles or use something circular and cut,add your filling by the side and seal with a fork,or use meatpie shaper

Whisk one egg and add little water then arrange on the baking tray then rub the beaten eggs using a brush,and bake for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the oven heat

Serve while still hot 😋
