    Parboil rice then Wash, pour a little amount of oil into pan chop some onions and add, fry lightly for 2minutes then add pepper paste

    Fry for five minutes and add spices and Seasoning, add some water and allow to boil then add parboiled rice

    Rewash and add to plate, serve with salad cream

  4. 4

    Cook until soft, for salad wash lettuce with either sugar or vinegar then cut into medium sizes wash tomatoes and onions as well and chopp into ting sizes
