Very quick soup to make - especially when I'm too tired to get intricate with cooking. Give it a shot!

Ramuan

  1. 1head of chinese cabbage
  2. 10small white fishballs
  3. 3garlic cloves smashed (yes... smashed)
  4. 2big red onion cut into quarters
  5. 1.5litre water
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Cara Memasak

    Heat about 1 table spoon of oil into a stock pot. Add in garlic cloves and onions and allow for it to sweat for about 1 minute.

    Once fragrant, add in water. Turn the heat on high and add in about 1 teaspoon of salt. (if you are using himalaya pink salt - please be more generous)

    While waiting for the water to come to the boil, cut 10 fish balls (or how ever much you prefer) into halves. Once water comes to a rolling boil, add in the fish balls.

    You will know the fish balls are cooked once their size increases and becomes puffy. Add in chinese cabbage (cut into 3). Let it boil and add in salt (yes - more salt please) and pepper to taste.
