Lamb Stew

My husband has always been a red meat lover, so I search different recipes that can fulfill his cravings for red meat. This dish was similar to one that my husband and I had when he brought me to a simple cafeteria in Iceland, insisted that I will love their delicious lamb soup, and true enough it was comforting and yummy. So I decided to learn and cook it for him since he like it so much.

Butter Corn Rice with Salmon Butter Corn Rice with Salmon
79/365This recipe was inspired by the Reels I found on IG. One of the must have cooking ingredients at home is salmon as it is good for my MIL's arthritis condition. So i've been looking for variety of recipes with salmon. This by far is the quickest and the easiest recipe. All you need is a rice cooker and it will do the cooking task for you. I continued doing my task while waiting for it to cook. 😆I changed a few of the ingredients from the original recipe (that uses a lot of japanese ingredients..didnt wanna shock my mil's tastebuds 🙃). Stir-fry Beef with Spring Onions & Ginger Stir-fry Beef with Spring Onions & Ginger
My husband and I have always love the Soo Kee's Son restaurant in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We can whack a whole large portion of their stir-fry beef with spring onions and ginger. I am still trying to achieve the softness of the beef, other than that, it is flavourful to go with rice. Michelle Kwan -
Cloud egg toast 🌤 Cloud egg toast 🌤
Last week, I was browsing on Cookpad Malaysia, wondering if I can cook something different but with basic ingredients for my breakfast on national holiday. And I found an eye opening recipe from Ziana Chesaad, a “Cloud egg on toast”!!🌤🍞I tried immediately. It turned out so pretty and it was completely a new texture of having an egg!Of course, the taste itself is just an egg😅, so I recommend you to place a butter, ham or ketchup underneath the egg! My Fiancé went a little overboard in ordering food for dinner last night, so i takeaway the extra skewers that we could not finish. And today for lunch i decided to use the meat from the skewers as one of the ingredients for a quick lunch meal. Audrey J -
Beef Hor Fun Beef Hor Fun
Another one of my husband's favourite that he never say NO to. A dish that requires wok and gas stove to achieve what cantonese people call "wok hei", the "breath of the wok", charred aroma from the wok. Michelle Kwan -

This is a super easy dish that my mother used to make when I was growing up. She was a working mother, so she often opted for meals with short prep time to feed small hungry mouths. Enjoy!Prep time - 10 minutesCook time 5-6 minutes Shalina Ayu -
“Soto Ayam” which reminds me of childhood days in Jakarta🇮🇩 “Soto Ayam” which reminds me of childhood days in Jakarta🇮🇩
I used to live in Jakarta, Indonesia during my childhood. When I visited my Indonesian friend’s house, her mother cooked us a very delicious and comforting Soto Ayam. Since then, Soto Ayam has been my most favorite Indonesian dish.Back in Japan, unfortunately, there are not many places where they serve Soto Ayam. Therefore, I need to cook at home. This recipe is mainly based on what I found from Cookpad Japan. The recipe writer is Japanese, but it tastes really authentic and reminds me of my childhood days💕Original recipe that I referred to:https://cookpad.wasmer.app/recipe/6129753?view=classic#share_url Kanaaneko -

2 ingredients only! Homemade ice cream with marshmallow & fresh milk 🍨💕 2 ingredients only! Homemade ice cream with marshmallow & fresh milk 🍨💕
While browsing Cookpad Japan, I found an ice cream recipe which only needs 2 ingredients. It caught my eyes because I always think that I need to use eggs and full cream to make ice cream!! Using marshmallow is such a new and unique idea!!!😍 Preparation needs only 5 mins and you can just freeze it for 2 hours! And what made me even more surprised was that I didn’t need to mix the ice cream every 1-2 hours which we usually need to do when making ice cream.Original recipe in Cookpad Japan:https://cookpad.wasmer.app/recipe/383052?view=classic#share_url Kanaaneko -
White miso carbonara 🇮🇹×🇯🇵 White miso carbonara 🇮🇹×🇯🇵
This recipe is invented by Cookpad Bangladesh author, Kiron Ahsan. As his idea of adding some Japanese touch such as miso and furikake was interesting for me, I tried and cooksnapped his recipe. I twisted a bit so I want to share as my recipe too!Although it sounds interesting to add miso and furikake into carbonara, it’s a great collaboration and I’ll definitely make this again. #cppassport #italy Kanaaneko -
Begedil Kentang Ala Ri Begedil Kentang Ala Ri
This is the best begedil recipe so far. Foolproof. Got it from Rizalman IG and adjusted it to my tastebud. But because I do not measure, there is always a possibility of too little potatoes. If this happens, just add more lah ye.. 🤣 Hayati Hussin -
Bibim-guksu / Korean Cold Spicy Noodles Bibim-guksu / Korean Cold Spicy Noodles
This week I was watching a Korean Reality Show called Young Actors Retreat. In the show, they were setting up foodtrucks for their fans and particularly one truck was serving Bibimguksu. Bo-Gum was trying really hard to make his Bimbimguksu taste good that I thought, man.. I should have that as well! Lucks on me, I have all the ingredients at home!Original recipe is from Maangchi. I have adapted it a little for the comfort of my tummy since I cannot take food that is too spicy.Enjoy! Ruth
