Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspcabbage chopped
  2. 2 tbspcarrot chopped
  3. 1 tbspcapsicum chopped
  4. 1 tbspmayonnaise any type which u like
  5. 4 slicesbread
  6. as neededButter
  7. 2 tbspPizza sauce
  8. 2Cheese slices
  9. 1Cheese cubes chopped
  10. as per tasteSalt (needed for only veggies)
  11. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  12. 1/2 tspOregano
  13. as requiredChilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add veggies,salt pepper, oregano, chilli flakes chopped cheese cubes and mayonnaise I used thousands of island. Mix all

    First spread pizza sauce on the bread slices all then spread mixture of veggies then keep amul cheese on it close with other bread slice Spread butter on one side and put on hot grill tawa and slow the gas flip the side and spread butter on the top also roast both sides till golden now do with the same other set of bread.

    Take a serving plate and cut sandwich with sharp knife or pizza cutter and serve hot crispy sandwich with ketchup and green chutney and enjoy this yummy sandwiches
