Combine wet ingredients and stir till combined.

Gradually add dry ingredients and stir till combined.

Heat nutlex in a pan. Once melted put pan on a medium heat.

Use a 1/4 cup to measure pancake batter and add to pan. Cook cakes evenly on both sides.

Ready to serve! Serving suggestion: add a dollop of coconut yoghurt and drizzle over some extra golden syrup.
